improper notices to vacate in austin
During the COVID-19 Emergency, the City of Austin banned landlords from giving notices to vacate except for situations involving physical harm & criminal activity. Tenants also have 60 days to pay back rent owed. The 60 days to pay back rent owed is only for rent accrued after 3/27/2020.
